    How long have you been in business and what kind of certifications do you have?
    We have been in the appliance repair business since 2001. All of our technicians are fully insured, BEAR licensed for appliance repairs, EPA freon recovery licensed and certified.
    Should I repair or replace the appliance that is broken?
    We believe that if the cost of the repair does not exceed 60% of the cost of a new appliances, we say repair it. For built in refrigerators, built in ovens, refrigerators custom mounted into kitchen cabinets, under counter refrigerators, stacked washer/dryers and some types of dishwashers, we highly suggest considering all expenses and research related to finding an appliance that will fit your kitchen as well as costs that might be added due to a need for remodeling. In most built in appliances cases that we have come across, it is usually much more economical to repair.
    How much is the service call, what does it cover and will it be part of the repair costs?
    Our service call fee is $50.00, for premium brands appliances and stacked washer dryers; the service call fee is $70 The service call covers the initial tech visit, appliance diagnostics and a written detailed estimate. Service call fees will be waived if repair is done. Please see our “Pricing” section for more info.
    What are the brands that you consider to be premium brand appliances?

    Why is the service call fee higher for a stacked washer / dryer?
    A stacked washer dryer requires two technicians to safely move the machine and perform the necessary repairs.
    Do I need to do anything before your company arrives at my home or business?
    You do not need to do anything. Leave all the worries to us.
    Will you fix the appliance when you are here?
    We have an 85% ratio of repairing your appliance on the first visit; our technicians’ trucks are stocked with a wide variety of replacement parts, in addition our dispatchers do their best to gather all the information about your appliance in order to have the technician prepared for their visit, this in turn gives us a high 1 st time visit completion ratio and it gives you an easy and quick one day repair.
    In the case that a technician does have to come out a second time to complete the repair, is there any extra charge for additional tech visits?
    Absolutely NOT, you will never be charged for any extra trips.
    Is there any warranty on the repair?
    Yes, all repairs are covered by our company warranty - 90 days for parts and 30 days for labor.
    Do you use original parts for repairs?
    Yes, we always use only genuine factory manufactured parts. Our company does NOT use any refurbished, aftermarket or used parts for any and all repairs that we preform.
    Can a repair be performed with parts purchased by me?
    Yes, however we would not be able to provide any warranty on parts or labor.
